Welcome to Yoga with Erin B dba YogaRetreatInMexico.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and offerings, including retreats, classes (online and in person), workshops, private sessions, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase or book Services. Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
3) Health & safety disclaimer (no medical or mental-health advice)
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, and related practices carry inherent risks. The Services are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not medical, psychological, physiotherapy, or counseling services.
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have underlying health conditions.
You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being and for practicing within your limits. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or emotional overwhelm.
By participating, you assume all risks associated with the Services.
4) Accounts & communications
You agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to receive booking confirmations and service-related communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5) Booking, pricing, payments & taxes
Prices may be listed in CAD or USD depending on the offering.
We use third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or retreat booking platforms) to process payments and bookings. Their terms also apply.
Applicable taxes, processing fees, and currency conversion fees may be added at checkout.
Promotions and discounts may be time-limited and withdrawn at any time.
6) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
Retreats (Mexico)
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot
Full payment is due as outlined at booking
Participant cancellations:
90+ days prior: Refund minus deposit and any non-recoverable costs
You may transfer your spot to another participant with approval.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. You are responsible for flights, travel documents, and insurance.
If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat start date, payments are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant with approval.
If we cancel a retreat, you will receive a refund of amounts paid to us (excluding personal travel costs).
Classes & Sessions
Online classes: Cancel up to 12 hours prior for credit/reschedule
Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation required
Late cancellations/no-shows: No refund
Workshops & Events
Cancel 7+ days prior: Full refund minus fees
1–6 days prior: Partial refund or credit
Same day/no-show: No refund
Experiences (e.g., beach sessions)
Deposits are non-refundable
Refund eligibility depends on notice period
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded if necessary
Digital Products
All sales are final.
We may offer credits or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
7) Class access & technology
You are responsible for your internet connection and device setup for online services.
Access links are for personal use only and may not be shared.
We may record sessions. If you prefer not to be recorded, please keep your camera off.
8) Community standards
We are committed to a respectful and supportive environment. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
9) Assumption of risk & waiver
You acknowledge the risks involved in participating in wellness activities, including physical injury or emotional discomfort, and agree to release the Company and its representatives from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
10) Intellectual property
All content provided is owned by or licensed to us and is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute content without permission.
11) User content & media
By submitting testimonials, reviews, or content, you grant us permission to use it for promotional purposes.
Photos or videos may be taken during retreats or events. Please inform us if you prefer not to be included.
12) Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13) Third-party services
We are not responsible for third-party platforms used in connection with the Services.
14) Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of any changes.
15) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.
16) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
17) Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services.
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
20) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
21) Entire agreement
These Terms, along with any booking terms and Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and us.
