Each day of the retreat begins with a gentle Hatha yoga practice, designed to awaken the body slowly and set a calm, grounded tone for the day ahead. These mindful morning sessions focus on breath, alignment, and simple movement to help release tension and restore balance.
After practice, you’ll enjoy a nourishing vegetarian breakfast prepared by our on-site chef, giving you time to relax, connect with other women, and ease into the day.
Afternoons and evenings will include deeply restorative Yin yoga sessions, along with guided relaxation, breathwork, and reflective practices that encourage deep rest and emotional reset. These slower practices allow the body and nervous system to unwind, helping you replenish energy and restore inner balance.
Our retreat setting offers comfortable shared spaces for gathering, dining, and relaxing, as well as quiet corners for reflection and personal time. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful white sand beaches and warm turquoise waters, perfect for peaceful walks, swimming, or simply sitting by the ocean and letting the rhythm of the waves calm your mind.
The schedule is intentionally spacious, allowing plenty of time to rest, journal, explore the local area, enjoy optional massages, or simply spend time at the beach or pool.
Lunches and dinners will be provided on most days, with a few opportunities to enjoy delicious meals at local restaurants, adding a sense of discovery and local flavor to your retreat experience.
As a yoga teacher and lifelong student of holistic wellness, I am passionate about helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and honor the strength and insight that come with each stage of life. My own experience in midlife has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening inward, and caring for ourselves in ways that truly support our changing bodies and lives.
Through years of teaching yoga and studying restorative practices, including Ayurveda, I share simple, practical tools that help women release stress, restore balance, and feel more grounded and energized.

You are looking for an intense or highly athletic yoga experience. The practices offered focus on gentle Hatha and Yin yoga designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.
You are under 35 years old. This retreat is designed for women entering their queen stage of life — a time of wisdom, confidence, authenticity, and deeper self-trust.
All-Inclusive Retreat Pricing
Your retreat experience includes daily morning yoga sessions, along with afternoon and evening sessions that may include gentle yoga practices, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle teachings inspired by Ayurveda. Evenings will also include optional sharing or sister circles, offering a supportive space for conversation, reflection, and connection with other women.
The retreat price includes comfortable accommodations for the duration of your stay. Rooms are designed for either single occupancy or for two guests traveling together, and most rooms include a private bathroom. Each space has been chosen to create a peaceful and restful environment so you can fully relax and settle into the retreat experience.
During the retreat, the entire property is reserved exclusively for our group. Shared spaces include areas for yoga practice, dining, relaxation, and a pool. A private chef and dedicated staff will prepare nourishing meals and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.
The retreat also includes a group excursion to a town, giving you the opportunity to experience some of the natural beauty of the region together.
One day of the retreat schedule is intentionally open so you can choose how you would like to spend your time. Some women may wish to arrange a local excursion such as snorkeling or visiting nearby cultural or historical sites, while others may prefer to relax at the retreat property or spend time at the beach.
Meals included with your retreat are daily breakfasts along with several group lunches and dinners during the week. On excursion days, meals will be enjoyed at local restaurants of your choice.
Massages and wellness treatments may be available on-site for an additional cost.
Airfare and airport transportation are not included in the retreat price. Guests typically fly into Cancun International Airport and arrange transportation to the retreat location, either independently or through a recommended transfer service.
