I support working women and businesswomen who are ready to step out of burnout, reconnect with themselves, and feel clear, calm, and energized again.

You’ve been holding a lot — responsibilities, expectations, constant doing. And somewhere within all of that, there’s a quieter voice asking for space… for clarity… for something more.

Through my retreats, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, and return to what truly matters — you.
