Mission
Radiant Renewal exists to support businesswomen, entrepreneurs, and working women in stepping away from the constant demands of life and into a space of deep rest, renewal, and reconnection.
Through yoga, stillness, nourishment, and intentional retreat experiences, I create an environment where women can regulate their nervous systems, release stress, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. My mission is to help women who are always giving to others experience the healing power of slowing down, being supported, and coming back to themselves.
Vision
My vision is to create transformative retreat experiences for women who are successful on the outside but quietly depleted on the inside.
I see Radiant Renewal as a sanctuary for women who are ready to move beyond constant doing and rediscover balance, clarity, softness, and strength. Through compassionate guidance and deeply restorative practices, I aspire to help women return to their lives feeling grounded, energized, and more connected to who they truly are.
I understand the pressure many women feel in demanding careers because I’ve lived it myself. I started my first business at 25 in transport broking in South Africa and later, with my husband, handled transportation logistics for major concert tours including Eric Clapton, Paul Simon, and Whitney Houston. After running my own daycare and spending many years in advertising, I experienced firsthand how easy it is for driven women to burn out.
Yoga became my way back to balance. I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2009 and am a YTT 500–certified instructor. Today, I combine my business background and my passion for yoga to create retreats where women can slow down, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves.

This retreat offers something many working women rarely allow themselves: time to slow down and simply be.
Set in a peaceful environment surrounded by natural beauty, the retreat space is intentionally chosen to support rest and renewal. Gentle mornings, quiet terraces, and comfortable rooms create a rhythm that allows your body and mind to unwind.
You may choose a shared suite, where connection and conversation come naturally, or a private room if solitude and quiet reflection are what you need most.
Every element of the space is designed to help you relax, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Connection and Reflection
One of the most meaningful aspects of Radiant Renewal is the community of women who gather together.
Many participants are professionals and businesswomen who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to step out of that role and simply be supported.
Through optional evening reflection circles, guided journaling, and open conversations, women often discover new clarity about their priorities, their goals, and the direction they want their lives to move.
There is no pressure to share—some women speak openly while others simply listen—but the atmosphere of understanding and respect creates a powerful sense of connection.
Many women leave the retreat not only feeling renewed, but also with meaningful friendships and a supportive network of like-minded women.
Deep Rest and Renewal
Radiant Renewal blends restorative practices with gentle wellness experiences designed to calm the nervous system and restore energy.
Daily sessions may include gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice that helps the body release tension and the mind settle into deep rest.
Optional wellness experiences may include massage therapy, spa treatments, or cold-plunge experiences for those seeking a refreshing boost of vitality.
This retreat is not about pushing yourself—it is about giving your body the rest it needs so you can return home feeling balanced and energized.
Nourishment & Ayurvedic Wisdom
Food plays an important role in supporting your wellbeing during the retreat.
Our vegetarian meals are inspired by Ayurvedic principles, an ancient wellness system that focuses on balance, digestion, and personalized nutrition.
During the retreat you will have the opportunity to discover your Ayurvedic dosha—your unique mind-body constitution (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha).
Understanding your dosha helps explain how your body responds to stress, which foods best support your energy, and what lifestyle habits help you stay balanced.
You will receive personalized guidance and recommendations based on your dosha, along with simple suggestions you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
Meals are designed to be nourishing, vibrant, and satisfying, with lighter evening options available for those who enjoy intermittent fasting or lighter dinners before sleep.
Many women leave the retreat not only feeling renewed, but also with a new understanding of how to support their health through food and daily routines.
